1. Quotations valid for 60 days.
2. FOB: Mindrum Precision, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
3. Shipments will not be insured unless otherwise specified.
4. Deliveries are approximate and dependent on material and machine availability ARO/ARM.
5. We reserve the right to ship over or under by 5% of total order quantity.
6. No liability is assumed for loss, damage, or additional rework on customer furnished material.
7. $3,500 maximum order value for credit card orders (Visa/Mastercard).
8. Orders are assumed to not be ITAR controlled unless Purchase Order and/or prints state otherwise or we have been directed to treat them as such.
9. The following apply unless otherwise specified: chamfers/chips/fillets .015″ max, surface finish 63 microinches or better, tolerances +/-.005″ and angles +/-0.5°.
10. A finance charge of 1.5 % per month will be charged on all past due accounts.
11. Payments to be in U.S. Dollars only.
12. Return of discrepant goods must be made within 60 days of receipt. All returns must be authorized by Mindrum Precision prior to return and require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
